-- Chef Kris Morningstar leaves Mercantile and District in Hollywood. ‘It’s been a wonderful experience the past two years being associated with Bowery St. Enterprises,’ Morningstar says in a statement. ‘I am looking forward to pursuing other endeavors. Betty Hallock is deputy Food editor at the Los Angeles Times.
