Bobby Brown proposes to longtime girlfriend Alicia Etheridge (Hint: She said yes)

At a Florida concert on Friday, singer Bobby Brown got down on bended knee -- but this time he wasn’t wooing the shrieking ladies in the crowd. Brown proposed to his girlfriend, Alicia Etheridge.

Manager Etheridge accepted, after a three-year courtship with the singer after his 15-year relationship with superstar Whitney Houston.

“We shouted, we screamed,” an attendee to Jacksonville’s Funk Fest told the Florida Times-Union, ‘we supported him.’

‘Hopefully, he’ll get it right this time,’ another cracked.

Not to be outdone, Houston had a minor resurgence in the form of Maya Rudolph -- the comedian returned to the set of ‘Saturday Night Live’ for Betty White’s big night to offer up her classic Houston impression.
