House to begin general debate on healthcare after Dems win key rule

Democrats held their majority together, approving a rule that begins general debate on the healthcare overhaul.
The vote was 224-206 with no Republicans voting with the majority.
General debate on the package of healthcare bills can now begin, with final votes expected tonight.
