Angels snubbed in All-Star final vote

The host Angels got the minimum one player on the All-Star roster -- center fielder Torii Hunter -- and no players among the five chosen for the ‘Final Vote.’ Each league nominates five players for the ‘Final Vote,’ with the winner selected by fan balloting on mlb.com.
The ‘Final Vote’ candidates:

Joey Votto, Cincinnati Reds
Billy Wagner, Atlanta Braves
