Bishop Amat wins 36-14 against Alemany

Bishop Amat (7-0) remained the only undefeated team in the Serra League with a 36-14 victory over Mission Hills Alemany.

Tailback Jay Anderson had 29 carries for 145 touchdowns with three rushing touchdowns while quarterback Jerry McClanahan finished 12-of-16 for 139 yards and had one rushing touchdown.

The Lancers limited Warriors tailback Malcolm Marable to nine carries for 27 yards and one touchdown. Quarterback Vernon Adams went 13-of-24 for 210 yards and one touchdown.
