Office Building Completed in Beverly Hills

Construction is complete at a $6-million, three-story, brick building with 34,000 square feet of office space over three levels of subterranean parking at 8840 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills.
Owner-developer is Wilshire Robertson Center, which has leased the entire building to Columbia Savings & Loan Assn. for its corporate headquarters. General contractor was Koll Construction Co., a division of the Koll Co. of Newport Beach.
Architect is Carl McLarand Associates, who designed a masonry and tinted glass veneer exterior with a stepped-back facade and landscaped balconies at the second and third floors.
