Quail Hill Being Built

Construction has begun on the $7-million Quail Hill Office Building in San Rafael, a joint venture of Blakesley Comstock Development Co. of Manhattan Beach and Hanover Real Estate Associates of Los Angeles.
The building was designed by the architectural firm of Albert & Wurzburger in Los Angeles.
