A $7-million improvement and expansion program featuring the planting of citrus trees has been completed at East Anaheim Center, State College Boulevard and East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, and the shopping center has celebrated its “Grand Reopening.”
The project added 85,000 square feet of building area, bringing the center’s current size to about 400,000 square feet, accommodating 60 retail stores, restaurants and services, along with parking for 1,600 cars.
The center, about 28 years old, is owned by Stewart, Green Associates. McClellan Cruz Gaylord & Associates’ Newport Beach office was the architect of the expansion and A. J. Paddleford & Sons, Artesia, the general contractor. Jesse Shelby is the landscaper and Coldwell Banker is the leasing agent.
