Universal City Office Building Under Way

Work has begun on a $3.5-million office building expected to be completed in the spring at 3280 Cahuenga Blvd. West, Universal City.
Mitch Francis is developing the three-story, 16,800-square-foot building designed by Robbins & Bown with balconies facing Campo de Paseo Park. Zugsmith & Associates Inc. of Studio City is handling leasing.
