Motor Hotel Bought By Production Firm

Dick Clark Productions, Burbank, has purchased the 32-unit Bel Air Palms Motel at 2920 W. Olive Ave., Burbank, for convetrsion to additional offices. Negotiations for the $1.2-million transaction were handled by Zugsmith & Associates, Studio City.
