The company said it expects to continue hiring in 1985, but not as fast as in 1984 when the Seattle-based airplane manufacturer hired 11,000 workers to bring its nationwide work force to 94,000 employees. Most of the hiring for 1985 will be in the first half of the year, it said. The firm plans to add 5,000 employees nationwide.
