UC Irvine Finishes 2nd at Swim Invitational

Paced by second-place finishes from Pat Featherston in the 100-meter freestyle, Brian Herbelin in the 200 breast and Jim Gray in three-meter diving, UC Irvine finished third in the General Automation Swimming and Diving Invitational Sunday at El Toro High School.
UCLA won the meet with 867 points, followed by Oklahoma (844), UCI (628) and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (592).
