A-M Co., a diversified builder and developer based in Santa Barbara, has established an income properties division in Costa Mesa. The newly formed A-M Equities will develop rental income properties, including apartment buildings, shopping centers and warehouses.
Daniel A. Salceda, former president of Butterfield Venture Corp., will head the division.
