Long Beach Women Defeat Arizona, 86-67

Sophomore forward Cindy Brown scored a career-high 32 points as the third-ranked Cal State Long Beach women’s basketball team rolled to an easy 86-67 Western Collegiate Athletic Assn. victory over Arizona at Tucson Friday night.
The 49ers improved their record to 13-1 overall and remained atop the WCAA standings at 3-0. Arizona dropped to 5-10 and 0-3. The Long Beach will play Arizona State tonight at Tempe, Ariz.
