The first building lease in the California Commerce Center at Ontario has been signed by the Kipp Group, an Upland-based producer of high-tech products for the medical device, precision optics and computer/electronic industries.
The $2-million lease was negotiated with JS Development for a 30,000-square-foot building with parking for 64 cars. The $9-million center by the Newport Beach-based builder/developer is built on a 12-acre site at Wall Street and Wanamaker Avenue.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services represented both parties in the leasing arrangements.
