Thirty-seven of the 54 homes in the first phase of Cobblestone Village, Covington Homes’ 225-unit single-family project in Sunnymead, have been sold. The houses are priced from $59,990.
Twelve Southview homes in the Phase 2 release of 20 homes have been sold with six sold the first day of release, according to William D. Fontana, a partner of Westana Builders/Developers. The 137-home Southview project, where prices start at $112,450, is in Rancho Penasquitos.
Seventy of the 84 homes in The Springs, an adult community in Camarillo, have been sold since the Barclay Hollander project opened a year ago this month. Prices start at $117,900.
Thirty-five families camped out for purchase priority at the sales opening earlier this month of Summerhill, a single-family, attached (duplex-type) community being developed by Pacific Scene in Encinitas at prices from $110,990. Sixteen homes were sold the first day with 19 campers opting to use their priority to buy a home in later phases.
Of the 25 new homes offered at the Fieldstone Collection in Cerritos, 24 were sold on a Saturday and the last was sold the following Monday of the recent preview opening. The homes were priced from $169,990.
Fifty-seven of the 61 homes in the first phase of Fairway Heights, Wolf Homes’ 108-unit single-family community in Rancho Bernardo, were sold off blueprints since the models won’t be completed until late February.
