Brock Homes Opens Today in Diamond Bar

Brock Homes in Diamond Bar Hills opens today with 25 in a total of 176 single-family detached homes being built by M. J. Brock & Sons Inc. Eight have been sold.
Priced from $179,950 to $229,950, the homes are available in four one- and two-story floor plans with four bedrooms and two to three baths in 1,943 to 3,016 square feet of interior space.
Designed by L. C. Majors, the homes will also have family rooms with fireplaces and hardwood mantles, wet bars in most plans, vaulted ceilings, breakfast nooks, microwave ovens and concrete tile roofs. Some homes will also have bonus rooms that may be converted into fifth and sixth bedrooms.
Four models, decorated by Carole Eichen Interiors, and a sales office, at 1533 Summitridge Drive, are open from 10 a.m. to dusk daily except Mondays, when the hours are noon to dusk.
