Title Building Work Starts

Construction has begun on the two-story, 35,500-square-foot, $4-million Transamerica Title office building on two acres at 7530 Glenoaks Blvd., Burbank, with completion scheduled in April.
The developer is Transamerica Realty Services, Los Angeles; the architect is Leason Pomeroy & Associates, Orange, and the builder is Escon Builders Inc., a member of the Tucson-based Sundt Group of construction companies.
