Firm Expands Sales Services

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Services Southern California has added a new-homes marketing and sales division under the direction of Wanda Berkus, company vice president, and 22 Sears Financial Centers, incorporating residential real estate services in Coldwell Banker’s 85 Southern California offices.
In addition, the firm has initiated the Sears Homebuyers Savings Program, offering home buyers discounts of 15% to 30% on more than 100 household items, and the Exceptional Homes Magazine, a regional magazine devoted to the review of available estate-level homes.
