Jonathan Doering scored 18 points and Joey Miranda chipped in 10 in Simi Lutheran’s second half to beat Ribet Christian and improve its Heritage League record to 5-4.

After a slow first half, the Barons’ defense pressed, forcing turnovers and allowing their offense to score repeatedly on the fast break.

Doering, a 6-3 junior forward, ended the night with a game-high 24 points. Miranda had 16 points. The Frogs were led by Dale Santa Ana with 17 points.
