La Habra Woman Dies as Car Hits Pole

A 29-year-old La Habra woman was killed when the car she was riding in skidded into a light pole on rain-dampened pavement Saturday morning, La Habra police said.
The woman, whose name is being withheld pending notification of relatives, was dead at the scene, according to police.
The car, driven by Daniel Zecevic, 34, of La Habra, went out of control on a wet curve on Cypress Street near Imperial Highway and struck the pole broadside, police said. Zecevic, who received a head injury, was taken by helicopter to Western Medical Center in Santa Ana, where he was listed in stable condition.
