Texaco completed the sale of 321 Getty stations.

Texaco Inc. sold the stations and nine marketing terminals to Power Test Corp. for $95 million. Texaco acquired the stations, located in the Northeast, when it took over Getty Oil in early 1984 and was required by the Federal Trade Commission to sell the operations. Texaco also agreed to sell Power Test, the largest independent gasoline marketer in the East, up to 22 million barrels of gasoline and 11 million barrels of heating oil annually for three years.
