First American Bank & Trust Co., N.A., of Laguna Beach announced the promotions of William C. Demmin to chief financial officer, and Nancy A. Cummings to vice president-cashier. Demmin, who formerly held the position of senior vice president-cashier, joined the firm in 1983, from Bank of America. Cummings also joined the firm in 1983.
