The owner of the Las Vegas-based milk culture-growing investment company, which is under investigation by state attorneys general offices in three states, won a temporary restraining order against the City of Las Vegas. City officials shut down the company Feb. 5 for operating without a business license. The Las Vegas City Council is scheduled to discuss Activator Supply Co.’s application for a business license March 6.
