Walk to Raise Funds for Poor Children

A10-kilometer walk to raise funds to help impoverished children worldwide will begin at 9 a.m. March 2 at the Studio City Universalist Church, 12355 Moorpark St.
Walk participants have been asked to collect pledges from friends based on the distance he or she walks. The donations are tax deductible.
Universalist churches in seven other Southern California communities also will sponsor fund-raising walks March 2. Those interested in participating or donating funds may call the Studio City Universalist Church at 769-5911.
