Priced from $152,000 to $184,900, the units are available in four floor plans, each with two bedrooms, two baths and 1,500 square feet of space.
Other features include wood-burning fireplaces, private balconies, cathedral ceilings, a swimming pool, sun deck and rooftop garden. The monthly homeowners fee is $141.
Scheduled for occupancy on March 1, the $2.6-million community is a joint venture of Francis Development Inc. and WSL.
A decorated model and sales office are open daily except Thursdays and Fridays from noon to 5 p.m. at 14572 Dickens St.
