Anticipating future expansion of its Pomona Division’s production programs, General Dynamics Corp. has acquired 320 acres adjacent to its Rancho Cucamonga plant for a reported $50 million.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services worked with the firm in assembling 11 separate parcels, beginning last May. The division produces various tactical systems for the armed forces, including missiles, and other tactical weapons are in development there.
New construction totaling 800,000 square feet is planned to start early next year.
