Three illegal aliens, who ran out of food and money, died after eating wild poisonous mushrooms they had picked. Two others are in critical condition, according to officials at Mercy Hospital in San Diego. The men, all Mexican nationals, apparently entered the country illegally about a month ago and were living in a shack near Escondido in northern San Diego County. The three dead are Jose Ortiz and Luis DeJesus, both thought to be in their 20s, and Anastasio Rodriquez, 43.
