More than 170 protesters were arrested in carefully choreographed demonstrations as they tried to interfere with CIA recruiters on the University of Colorado campus in Boulder. Protest organizers said they wanted to make a citizens arrest of the CIA recruiters but the Boulder County district attorney told them that there was insufficient evidence to support such arrests.
