Nine of the 19 single-family homes in the latest phase to be opened at Sun Country in Yorba Linda were sold to camp-out buyers in one weekend, according to Weedcrest Development Inc. One- and two-story homes with three to five bedrooms in 1,604 to 2,624 square feet are priced from $157,990 to $195,990.
At Cambridge Circle in Lancaster, all 40 homes in the first phase were sold before the project’s opening and 20 of the 36 in Phase 2 have been sold. Harwood Homes and Pro-Val Investment Corp. developed the three- and four-bedroom single-family homes, priced from $93,450 to $107,450.
A campout by home buyers resulted in the sale of all 19 homes in Phase 1 of Whitehawk Ranch, Sylmar, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. and a new phase of 17 is scheduled to be released for sale soon. The three-to-five-bedroom homes, developed by the Witehawk Partnership, are priced from $115,990 to $166,990.
Fourteen homes were sold within two weeks at The Colony, a stock cooperative in Westwood, for a total property value of more than $2 million. Prices start at $99,950.
Sixty-eight homes have been reserved in the 96-unit first increment of Pardee Construction Co.’s East Bluff condominium neighborhood in the master-planned Del Mar Highlands community. Six one- and two-story floor plans offer 892 to 1,642 square feet of space, with prices ranging from $97,500 to $155,000.
