KTLA Channel 5 is far from being L.A.’s movie station. After watching the hatchet job it performed on “To Kill a Mockingbird,” I can assure Channel 5 that I will never watch another of its movies. Editing out fine scenes of the award-winning film to earn commercial dough from chicken nuggets, cheap flights and 8.8% financing is an injustice to the viewing audience.
