A. Robert Pisano, a partner in the Los Angeles law firm of O’Melveny & Myers, has been named executive vice president and general counsel for Paramount Pictures Corp., Los Angeles. He had served as the company’s primary outside counsel for the last two years.

Pisano succeeds Richard Zimbert, who last week was elevated to executive vice president reporting directly to Paramount Chairman and Chief Executive Frank Mancuso.
