Sotheby’s auction house ended a two-day auction in Jerusalem in which Jewish manuscripts, ceremonial objects and paintings were sold for a total of $1 million. About 250 items dating back to the 4th Century were sold in what was described as the first Judiaca auction of its size in Israel.
