10 Die in Truck Plunge

KATMANDU, Nepal — Nine policemen and their driver were killed when their truck plunged off a mountain highway and into a river, the official news agency said Saturday. The accident occurred near Kubhalghari in south central Nepal as the police were returning from patrol duty to control opposition agitation for the removal of a ban on political parties.
