Flight Systems Inc., the Newport Beach aircraft testing subsidiary of Tracor Inc., announced Thursday that it has received a contract from the Aeronautical Systems Division of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio for aircraft modification and other services. Potential value of the contract is $9.9 million over 27 months, the company said.
