Sea Crest, a gate-guarded town house development by National Properties & Construction, opens today in Leucadia with 36 two- and three-bedroom units priced from $141,500 to $165,500.
Ocean views are featured in the development, and 30-day move-ins are available. The units have 2 1/2 baths and 1,496 to 1,552 square feet of space. The development has a pool and spa, and the monthly homeowners association fee is $107.95.
Other amenities include two-car garages, fireplaces, patios or decks, skylights, vaulted ceilings and walk-in closets. A $500 decorator bonus is also available.
Two furnished models are open daily, except Wednesday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 967 Hygeia Ave., reached from the Leucadia Boulevard exit of Interstate 5.
