The 20-story, 445,000-square-foot Burbank Centre has been completed at a cost of more than $40 million at Alameda Avenue and Kenwood Street in Burbank, according to a spokesman for Cushman Investment & Development Corp., developers of the office building with Metropolitan Life Insurance Co.
The largest commercial office structure in Burbank, the building is served by a six-level, 1,080-car parking structure. The parking structure also contains 13,000 square feet of retail space, according to Ron Hamaguchi, Cushman’s project director for the Burbank Centre.
An additional 16,000 square feet of retail space is available in the lobby of the building, designed by the architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Turner Construction Co. was the general contractor and Cushman Realty Corp. is the leasing agent. Construction was financed by the Bank of New York.
