3 Sites Acquired by Warmington for Apartments

Escrows have been closed by the Warmington Residential Group on three sites, valued at more than $3.4 million. It plans building apartment projects totaling about 750 units with a projected value of more than $25 million.
Warmington was represented in all three purchases by Cushman & Wakefield, Newport Beach. The sites, all in Riverside, are at Iowa and Massachusets avenues, Van Buren Boulevard and California Street, and Van Buren Boulevard and Wells Street.
