Quality Systems Reports Loss

Quality Systems Inc., a Tustin company that sells computerized information-processing systems to dentists and doctors, reported a net loss of $1.1 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, compared with a profit of $361,000 for the prior year. Revenues declined 18% to $9.4 million from $11.5 million.

For the fiscal fourth quarter, Quality Systems posted a net loss of $591,800, compared with a net loss of $159,700 for the like quarter of the prior year. Revenues for the quarter fell to $2 million from $3.5 million.
