Northwood Fieldstone Homes Open for Preview Sales Today

Northwood Fieldstone Classics, a single-family home development by the Fieldstone Co., opens for preview sales today at 8 Pleasonton in the community of Northwood in Irvine.
The 25 homes in Phase 1, of a total of 129 units planned, are priced from $134,990 to $151,990 with a monthly homeowners’ association fee of $34.37. First move-ins are scheduled for November.
The project offers a choice of three two-story, three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath plans, ranging in size from 1,301 to 1,602 square feet.
Special features include tile roofs, hand-built masonry fireplaces, ceramic-tile entries, vaulted ceilings and attached two-car garages with direct home access.
Models decorated by Carole Eichen Interiors are open daily except Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The project, near the intersection of Roosevelt and Yale avenues, may be reached from the Culver Drive exit of the Santa Ana (5) Freeway.
