Land in Anaheim Sold by Center Developer

A 12-acre parcel of land has been sold to Setco Inc. by Santa Fe Pacific Realty Corp., the developer of the Santa Fe Corporate Center in Anaheim.
Setco is planning to build a 260,000-square-foot corporate office and light manufacturing facility at the center. The $3.6-million purchase was negotiated through the Anaheim and Newport Beach offices of Grubb & Ellis.
