Pictures and posters of missing children will be placed on the doors of the city’s utility trucks. The City Council recently approved the proposal, made by its electrical workers’ union, to help in the statewide effort to find missing children. Mayor Eugene Moses said officials believe that the high visibility of the city’s repair trucks may help in identifying some missing children.
