Fall Finish Set for Car Center

October completion is scheduled for a $1-million, 9,100-square-foot Auto Service Center at 905 S. Santa Fe Ave., Vista.
The three-building complex is the first phase of a two-phase project by Adams Devco. The second phase will be a branch of Home Federal Savings & Loan. The architect, Sillman/Wyman & Associates, has designed both phases with Spanish-styled tile roofs and split-block construction.
Harper Development & Construction Co. is building the project for Adams Devco. Based in Lusk Mira Mesa Business Park, Harper specializes in commercial, industrial and retail centers.
