Villa Paloma Town Houses Open in Rancho Cucamonga

The first phase of Villa Paloma, a town-house community developed by American National Group, opens today in Rancho Cucamonga, offering 28 two-story homes at prices ranging from $62,350 to $88,300. Three have been sold and the complex is planned for a total of 121.

The homes have one, two and three bedrooms with 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths in 708 to 1,221 square feet. Available financing includes VA, FHA and fixed-, variable- and adjustable-rate conventional loans, with the fixed-rate mortgage set at 11 1/2% (12.31% annual rate) for 30 years. Occupancy is Aug. 10.

Various plans feature vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, gas fireplaces, interior laundry areas, private entry courtyards or patios. Certain plans have attached two-car garages with automatic door openers.

The walled complex has landscaped greenbelts, swimming pool and whirlpool spa. The homeowners’ monthly maintenance fee is $66. Four models furnished by Color Design Art are open from 1 to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends at 8167 Vineyard Ave.
