Jack Alexander has stepped down as president and chief executive of San Diego Bancorp, citing poor health and personal reasons, the company said. He had been on a leave of absence since March.
Founder Raymond G. Tobin will become chairman and chief executive of the company, parent of El Camino Thrift & Loan Assn.
