312th Evac Hospital, Chu Lai, June 15, 1969-Aug. 6, 1969.
51st Army Field Hospital, Saigon, November, 1965-February, 1966.
85th Evacuation Hospital Qui Nhon, June, 1967-Nov. 30, 1967.
85th Evacuation Hospital, Qui Nhon, April, 1968-July 8, 1968.
67th Evacuation Hospital, Qui Nhon, January, 1967-Nov. 30, 1967.
