Wilshire Park Mile Building 60% Leased

Sixty percent of 4221 Wilshire Boulevard, a four-story office structure in the Park Mile section, has been leased, according to the leasing agent, Julien J. Studley. Major tenants include California Business Magazine, Blue Cross of California, Penn Mutual Life Insurance and the public relations unit of Foote, Cone & Belding Advertising.
