Diamond Bar Hills Community Offers 700 Single-Family Homes

Diamond Ridge, a planned development of 700 Spanish and traditionally styled single-family homes by the Anden Group, opens its first phase of 65 today in Diamond Bar Hills with 13 sold.
Priced from $117,990 to $137,990, the homes are offered in three floor plans with nine exterior designs. Two single-story plans offer two bedrooms and a convertible den/bedroom, one also with a bonus room, and two baths, while the two-story plan has three bedrooms and a den or four bedrooms, with 2 1/2 baths. Sizes range from 1,314 to 1,563 square feet.
Lots range from 6,000 square feet to more than an acre.
Homes are carpeted except for sheet vinyl flooring in entries, kitchens, baths and laundry room. Wood-burning fireplaces in living or family room and upstairs den are optional. Kitchens have eating areas or breakfast bars to family rooms; there are also separate dining areas.
Occupancy of Phase 1 homes is set for October. Three furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the corner of Golden Springs and Carpio drives in Diamond Bar.
