The $13-million, 60-home development by Boczanowski Inc. is set on terraced lots west of Grand Avenue and south of the San Bernardino freeway. Homes sell in the range of $194,900 to $229,900.
Four distinctive floor plans feature three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in one-story choices, and four bedrooms and three bathrooms in two stories. Square footage ranges from 2,042 to 2,431.
The 12 elevations feature varied, high-pitched roof lines and arched, bayed or dormered windows treatments. Interior amenities include tiled entries, cathedral ceilings, arched doorways, wood-burning fireplaces, wet bars and oversized or three-car garages. Kitchens and baths are fully equipped with luxury detailing.
The sales complex and models are open daily from 11 a.m., except on Thursdays.
