Richard Lathlaen has joined Schaeffer Magnetics of Chatsworth in the newly created position of principal engineer.
Lathlaen comes from Dataproducts Corp. in Woodland Hills, where he was manager of actuation systems development. Schaeffer Magnetics manufactures motors and other devices for the aerospace industry.
